Service & shipping

Please note: In the store, different conditions apply.


Products ordered on weekdays before 16.00h will be delivered the next (week)day. When the item is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your link to track your delivery. These delivery times apply in the Netherlands.

* Under normal conditions, your package will be delivered the next day. However, when shipping we depend on other parties therefore we can not give a 100% guarantee for this. so we can not 100% guarantee your order will be delivered the next day. We always strive for the best and fastest service so if your order is not delivered within 3 days, please contact us.

If you order on weekdays before 16.00 hours, your package will be delivered the next day (on weekdays). At the time we send your item, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to track the delivery. This delivery time only applies within the Netherlands.

We offer free delivery for orders of €75, - or more. This only applies to shipments within the Netherlands.

For international shipments the standard DHL rates apply.


After receiving your order you have 30 days to consider whether your order is to your liking. If this is not the case you can return or exchange it within 30 days, if the item is still in its original condition.

We will refund the purchase price to your account within a maximum of 14 days. The return shipping costs are for the customer. Please make sure all returned items are properly packaged with the invoice attached and ship them with a traceable service that provides a Track & Trace. Funkie House B.V. is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.

Payments at Funkie House are made via Mollie. They provide a secure connection during payment. We work with all the major payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, Maestro, VISA and Mastercard to ensure a safe payment.

(3) Shows the available payment options, including PayPal and Credit Cards. (4) Confirm your order by clicking the 'place order' button, and a confirmation will be sent to you automatically. Customers from outside the European Union: please note that you may have to pay customs or import duties, which will be charged by the local customs authorities once the package reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by you, the recipient of the package.

Unfortunately, Funkie House has no control over these charges. We can’t tell you what the exact cost could be, if any, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
