The perfect mix between quality and comfort

When it comes to picking an outfit, Maaike always looks for a mix of comfort and quality. This look brings together some of her favourite pieces. Items that aren’t just stylish, but also built to last.

- "Even if I’m heading into the city walking through unpredictable weather, or just hanging out with friends, this outfit covers all the bases. Since I always need to get out of the house pretty early, since I'm living on the other side of the country, I always need to be prepared for the Dutch weather. It’s functional, versatile, and still feels like me.

I paired the Edwin Adams shorts with the Carhartt Arvin shirt for a casual but put-together vibe. I love sneakers, and I am convinced that a good sneakers finishes the whole outfit. Therefore, the Salomon XT-6 GTX are in my opinion the eye-catchers of the outfit. They are perfect for city walks or sudden rain (since they're water repellent!). I accessorized my outfit with the FREITAG F41 Hawaii Five-O bag. And to top it all off: I picked the iconic Komono Glitch sunglasses, because how could I not pick these? Ever since these sunnies came in I was obsessed with this pair, and they fit perfectly with this outfit."
